Webinar on the Emergency Temporary Standard to be Released by OSHA

If your days are like mine, you are likely receiving questions daily about the impact of the COVID-19 Action Plan that was announced on September 9^th. Under the plan OSHA has been asked to release an Emergency Temporary Standard (“ETS”) which will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.  The emergency standard is expected to include a requirement that companies with 100 or more employees ensure their employees are vaccinated against COVID-19 or test negative for COVID-19 at least once a week.  I’m sure this has left many of you with more questions than answers.

To help answer some of these questions I’m thrilled to announce that the Maine Chapter is partnering with ASSP Women in Safety Excellence (WISE), and the ASSP National Chapter to offer a 1.5 hour session with Adele Abrams Esq. CMSP on the impact of the standard.

The session is scheduled for October 29^th from 12:00 – 1:30 PM Eastern time.
